GERRY HOADLEY | A&VGSE
A&V Rebuilding is a Los Angeles based company that specializes in the remanufacturing / upgrading of Ground Support Equipment fleets. Our “FleetRenu” equipment rebuilding program takes old, worn-out equipment from customer's existing GSE fleets, remanufactures it, and returns it in “Like New” condition for about half the cost of comparable new equipment.
Although we are a fairly young company, our lineage dates back quite some time. A partnership of Airport Spares & Equipment and Victory GSE, A&V draws from the expertise and experience of both companies.
Along with the rebuilding of customer fleets, A&V also has a substantial inventory of remanufactured equipment, as well as a vast inventory of parts for many major brands. Our Hough Parts division has many hard to find parts and components for the International Harvester / Hough line of pushback tractors.
The LT-40 is the first vehicle of it's Kind. It is capable of towing up to 60,000 LBS. of cargo while emitting zero pollution.
The "L-TUG" is a powerful and reliable as its gasoline counterpart, It provides an economical and practical solution for Airlines and Ground Handlers who are looking to save money while going green at the same time. Because it is LITHIUM powered, the life expectancy is unparalleled in the insdustry. The lithium batteries easily outperform their lead acid counterparts that are used in all other electric powered towing tractors being built today
Our "Fleetrenu" Zero-Time Remanufactured Tractors are undistinguishable from new. We completely disassemble the tractor down to the frame. All steel components being reused are stripped to bare metal and repaired/straightened as necessary. All new and repaired metal components are primed and painted using industrial quality acrylic urethane materials. The tractors are then assembled by hand using all new and remanufactured components. The brake system, electrical system, and cooling system are assembled using only new, high quality components. Alternate engine options are available to meet customer specific needs.
