A & V Rebuilding is a Los Angeles based company that specializes in the Remanufacturing / Upgrading of Ground Support Equipment fleets. Our “FleetRenu” equipment rebuilding program takes beaten up, worn out equipment from customers existing GSE fleets, Remanufactures it, and returns it to them in “Like New” condition for about half the cost of comparable New Equipment.

Although we are a fairly young company, our lineage dates back quite some time. A partnership of Airport Spares & Equipment and Victory GSE, A & V draws from the expertise and experience of both companies.

Along with the rebuilding of customer fleets, A & V also has a substantial inventory of Remanufactured and Certifed Pre-Owned equipment, as well as a vast inventory of parts for many major brands. Our HoughParts division has many hard to find parts and components for the International Harvester/Hough line of Pushback Tractors.

The lithium batteries easily outperform their lead acid counterparts that are used in all other electric powered towing tractors being built today

FLEET RENU TRACTORS

Our "Fleetrenu" Zero-Time Remanufactured Tractors are undistinguishable from new. We completely disassemble the tractor down to the frame. All steel components being reused are stripped to bare metal and repaired/straightened as necessary. All new and repaired metal components are primed and painted using industrial quality acrylic urethane materials. The tractors are then assembled by hand using all new and remanufactured components. The brake system, electrical system, and cooling system are assembled using only new, high quality components. Alternate engine options are available to meet customer specific needs.
